We ship within the UAE and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on item availability, order type, and destination.

Processing Time

• Ready embroidery pieces: 2–4 business days

• Made-to-order pieces: 10–21 business days

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, launches, or holidays.

Ramadan & Eid Orders

During Ramadan, Eid, Sales, and peak festive periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes and limited production capacity.

• Made-to-order and customized pieces may require additional processing time

• Courier delivery times may also be affected by public holidays

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance for Ramadan and Eid. While we do our best to meet festive timelines, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

• UAE: 1–3 business days after dispatch

• International: 1–7 days after dispatch (subject to destination and customs)
